HOW IT STARTED
We found our start in the scaffolding and then external industries and grew until we were experts in our fields. We started out in 2013, and we were based in a storage container – our first upgrade was to get a working loo!
NXTGEN FUTURES
Previously Externals, we have recently rebranded to Futures to accommodate our retrofit ambitions whilst still providing quality construction services.
Formally NXTGEN Externals, started off by working on domestic projects which involved decorating, refurbishments and other general building works, we then quickly found our feet and started carrying out larger scale commercial projects, soon building a large client base and portfolio of completed projects.
We have worked on voids, high rise buildings, hotels, restaurants and several various contracts.
Our vast experience of different projects opened the opportunities to dive into our nxt adventure.
WHERE WE’RE HEADING…
Our Retrofit ambition involves tackling retrofit projects on a large scale, targeting a substantial number of buildings or a specific percentage of the building stock. Our ambition goes beyond individual retrofit projects and aims to implement widespread improvements across communities, cities, even the entire country.
Retrofitting will help us promote sustainability by reducing resource consumption, incorporating eco friendly materials, renewable energy systems and efficient water management practices. Retrofitted buildings can minimize their environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable future.
